Position: Business Analyst

Job Brief:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support our business and product teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, basic documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Daily monitoring and efficient qualification of Upwork job leads based on technical requirements, budget, and strategic fit.
  • Proposal Crafting: Writing compelling, tailored, and persuasive proposals articulating value proposition, scope, and methodology.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competing bids and adjusting strategies to maintain a high bid-to-win ratio.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborating with the technical team for accurate effort estimation (hours/cost) and optimal pricing.
  • Follow-Up: Tracking bid status and conducting professional follow-up with prospects.

Key Requirements:

Essential Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in writing detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
  • Understanding common technical domains (e.g., Web/Mobile Development, Cloud, Data Analytics, CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

Core Soft Skills

  • Good Communication: Mastery of professional, persuasive, and diplomatic written and verbal correspondence.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle commercial discussions and scope negotiations effectively.
  • Time Management: Excellent self-management and prioritization skills for simultaneous handling of bids and projects.
  • Proactive Ownership: Strong sense of accountability for the entire client lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, with specific experience in bidding or sales on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) highly preferred.

Working:

· Hours: 10 AM to 07 PM, Days: Monday to Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
