About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Delivery team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about understanding business problems, analysing processes, and supporting the development of effective BI and technical solutions. You will work closely with senior analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities:

✓ Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder discussions and research
✓ Support the preparation of BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and process documentation
✓ Create basic process flow diagrams and help with as-is/to-be process mapping under guidance
✓ Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution designs, data models, and ETL processes
✓ Work with project managers and developers to track project requirements, updates, and sprint activities
✓ Assist in preparing UAT test cases, coordinating user testing, and documenting test outcomes
✓ Support creation of training materials, user guides, and post-go-live documentation
✓ Participate in exploratory data analysis (EDA), validation of KPIs, and basic insight generation
✓ Support client demos, walkthrough sessions, and internal team updates
✓ Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and adherence to organizational standards
✓ Learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BA function.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education (Mandatory):

- Master’s Degree Required: MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics, IT, Operations, Computer Science, or related field
- Technical Background Mandatory: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT / related streams)

Core Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processes
• Good documentation skills (requirements, user stories, diagrams)
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile framework, and software/product development lifecycle
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts (added advantage).

Tools Exposure:

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming tools
• Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau is an advantage

Certifications (Good to Have):

• Entry-level BA certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or Agile certifications.

Experience:

✓ 0–1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, Data/Process Analyst, or Internship role
✓ Exposure through academic projects, internships, or certifications in business analysis or BI is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹280,000.00 per year
