Job Identification:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to be part of our Supply Chain and Services Digital Technology Team located in Group Office, İstanbul.
What We Expect:
As a member of the Logistics Product Team in Digital Technologies, the successful candidate is expected to perform the following responsibilities as a key Business Analyst driving digital transformation and operational excellence in logistics:

Lead business analysis sessions partnering with Logistics Product Team, Logistics Operations, Business and DT stakeholders, gather requirements from multi-national stakeholders, prioritize and convert them into clear and structured business analysis outputs to meet business needs. Such as Technical Analysis, Business/Technical Requirements Definition, Functional/Non-Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Acceptance Test plans,

Understand product vision, business targets, and perform analysis accordingly.

Lead the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle including process mapping, gap analysis, acceptance criteria development, and solution validation.

Demonstrate a strong command of the SDLC lifecycle e.g. requirement analysis, design, development, and testing.

Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of in-house digital logistics solutions (WMS, TMS, YMS, Shipment Visibility, etc.).

Work on on-premises and SaaS logistics solution implementations by ensuring alignment with business processes and enterprise architecture standards.

Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners for requirement clarification, delivery follow-up, documentation, and issue resolution.

Support design workshops, process walkthroughs, and UAT activities, coordinating closely with key users and cross-functional teams.

Maintain high-quality and up-to-date documentation (process flows, requirements specs, traceability matrices, user guides, training materials, etc.).

Perform impact analysis and contribute to change management and user enablement activities to ensure seamless adoption of new functionalities.

Monitor system performance and logistics KPIs, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
-
Support incident resolution, by analyzing root causes and following up with internal development or vendor teams for timely fixes.

Contribute to data consistency and integration quality across logistics systems and interfaces.
-
Keep up to date with emerging digital logistics technologies and best practices to propose enhancements that add measurable business value.

Promote strong cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, and agile ways of working across business and product delivery teams.

Provide solutions to advanced/complex issues with product owners, solution architects and the development team.
-
Assist in problem and issue resolution with project/product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format.

Transform business requirements to product backlog items. Prioritize the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions.

Participate/conduct in or conduct when necessary daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, release planning, and retrospectives meetings.

Collect feedback and input from a diverse set of stakeholders from different domains, manage conflicting requests, and ensure continuous alignment on priorities.

Report and present results.

Ensure the voice of the stakeholder is present in product decisions and inputs are available in the analysis to measure feature effectiveness.
Qualifications:
-
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain transportation, warehouse processes and digital technologies including shipment planning, shipment execution, route optimization, freight rate calculation, logistic reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in an Industrial Engineering field from a reputable university.

Experience in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce industries.
-
Hands on experience in analysis techniques such as; use case modeling, data analysis, process analysis, prioritization, requirement management, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, responsibility analysis, and interface analysis

Strong business analysis and reporting skills to lead SIT, UAT, and assisting hypercare processes.

Experience in analyzing and assisting the implementation of digital and integrated processes from ERP to transportation and warehouse operations on Transportation SaaS products as a business analyst is preferred.

Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting product delivery in Agile environments.

Experience with both in-house product development and on-prem / SaaS solution implementations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide clear insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.

Experience in UAT planning and execution, training activities, and user enablement.

Solid knowledge of documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, BPMN tools, process modeling software, Microsoft Office suite).

Ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.

Knowledge of sustainability criteria in logistics operations, CO₂ emission tracking, and compliance with regulations.

Experience in defining logistics KPIs, collecting data, and executing improvement projects.

Preferably hold professional certifications such as CBAP, CSCP, CPIM, or PMP

Eager to work in a best-of-breadth digital product environment in the supply-chain area.
