Business Analyst

Are you passionate about improving banking operations through technology? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help lead a critical transformation initiative. Hands-on nCino implementation experience a plus.

In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—helping shape and deliver nCino-powered solutions that streamline commercial and retail lending, deposits, and operational workflows. From discovery and design through testing and go-live, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our systems align with strategic business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover business requirements and align them to nCino capabilities
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, workflows, and data maps
• Partner with Salesforce/nCino architects and developers to validate technical solutions
• Build and manage test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support training, documentation, and change management to ensure successful adoption
• Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders, implementation partners, and the nCino team
• Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions related to compliance, data, or integration

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Direct experience delivering at least one full-cycle nCino implementation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and how they power nCino
• Knowledge of key banking operations—credit underwriting, loan origination, document management, and covenant tracking
• Skilled in business process mapping, user story creation, and test planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with regional/community banks or mid-sized financial institutions
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (KYC, AML) as it relates to lending/onboarding
• Salesforce Administrator or nCino certification(s)

Pay: $81,804.14 - $137,291.01 per year
