Mandatory Skills Description:

Overall 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• 3+ Banking domain experience

• Four or more years of Banking product design and support experience

• Experience working with Bank software design, software development lifecycle, and requirement specification documentation

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

Worked in the Hogan domain
