About Position:

We are seeking business analyst reconciliation with hands on experience in BA reconciliation, trade life cycle, etc.,

What You'll Do:

• IT Business Analyst with experience in financial reconciliations, writing functional specifications, data mapping, data modelling, interacting with teams on architecture choices, development of software, test scripts, testing and participating in go-live.
• Reconciliations automation tools (like Duco) knowledge will be helpful (good to have skill).
• The business analyst will work closely with middle office , settlement, accounting, reporting and reconciliation teams.
• Also, sound understanding of different financial products (securities, derivatives) dealt with within the financial industry is a must.
• The business analyst should have sound knowledge of trade lifecycle - trade capture, clearing and settlement.
• Financial Reconciliation using Duco automation or manual
• Data mapping and participating in data sourcing
• Writing detailed functional specifications and technical specifications
• Help with go live activity and post go live support
• Support business users with any reconciliation queries.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Equipped with at least 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• MBA or financial certification preferred
• A team player with good communication skills and a self-starter who needs minimum support
• An excellent written and verbal communicator (in English)
• Highly experienced with technical skills such as SQL and data mining
