Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work on-site at our client location in Bangalore and support ongoing business analysis activities, contributing to project success through documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain essential documentation including BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and SRS (Software Requirements Specification).
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients to understand business needs.
• Support in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and ensuring requirements are clear and understood.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to project planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the Business Analyst role and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with documentation standards such as BRD, FRD, and SRS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in speaking English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and technical teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
