Business Analyst- Banking

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking or FinTech domain.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Banking, Digital Channels, and Payments ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Card systems, issuer/processor platforms, and card lifecycle management.
• Understanding of payment standards such as ISO 8583, tokenization, EMV, 3DS, and risk controls.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with user stories and sprint planning.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional project teams.
