ERP understanding/experience (Oracle Fusion and EBS, or equivalent).-- Must

Objective

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of E-Invoicing (Peppol 5-Corner Model). The selected consultant will collaborate with business

units, IT teams, ERP vendors, and approved accredited service providers to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and operational readiness in line with regulatory and organisational

standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end business analysis for e-invoicing discovery, implementation,covering process design, data mapping, and compliance requirements.

Gather and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between ERP systems, Core systems, and regulatory frameworks.

Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and detailed process flows for invoice exchange, validation, and archiving.

Coordinate with ERP vendors/internal teams to configure and test ASP connectivity and data exchange protocols.

Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to integrate e-invoicing processes with existing approval workflows.

Manage testing phases (SIT/UAT), ensuring data accuracy, interoperability, and compliance with Peppol standards.

Support onboarding and validation with Accredited Service providers and relevant authorities.

Identify potential process gaps, risks, and dependencies, and recommend effective resolutions.

Provide post-implementation monitoring and continuous improvement support as the requirement evolves.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Information Systems / Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in e-invoicing or digital tax compliance projects, ideally involving Peppol or similar frameworks.

Strong understanding of Peppol 5-Corner architecture, message standards (UBL, BIS), and interoperability principles.

Familiarity with local regulatory e-invoicing mandates and compliance procedures.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Insurance sector experience is an added advantage.
