Job Description
Role: Business Analyst – Corporate/Commercial Banking
Location: NYC (Onsite)
Contract
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Institutional Banking
- Strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) background with proven capability in functional requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder interaction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams effectively
- Solid understanding of IT SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data analysis (including SQL and data profiling)
- Experience in Corporate/Commercial Lending lines of business is required
- Prior experience with ACBS or similar conversion/migration projects is highly preferred
Quality Assurance Skills (Highly Preferred):
- Hands-on experience performing QA/testing on user interfaces, web applications, and database testing (SQL)
- Ability to build and execute test plans; exposure to test automation is an added advantage
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable balancing BSA and QA responsibilities when needed
