Job Description

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Institutional Banking
• Strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) background with proven capability in functional requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder interaction
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams effectively
• Solid understanding of IT SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data analysis (including SQL and data profiling)
• Experience in Corporate/Commercial Lending lines of business is required
• Prior experience with ACBS or similar conversion/migration projects is highly preferred

• Hands-on experience performing QA/testing on user interfaces, web applications, and database testing (SQL)
• Ability to build and execute test plans; exposure to test automation is an added advantage

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable balancing BSA and QA responsibilities when needed
