Job Description:-Key Responsibilities1. Business & Operational Analysis

• Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data (sales, service calls, equipment performance, energy efficiency, etc.).
• Identify inefficiencies in HVAC workflows—such as scheduling, maintenance, and inventory—and recommend process improvements.
• Support pricing analysis, cost modeling, and profitability studies for HVAC systems and service contracts.

2. Market & Sales Insights

• Analyze HVAC market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand patterns.
• Provide insights to support sales forecasts and business development strategies.
• Evaluate customer segmentation and retention metrics for service and installation business units.

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports on KPIs such as sales revenue, margin analysis, project costs, and service productivity.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for HVAC product lines and service divisions.
• Monitor financial performance of projects and service contracts against targets.

4. Technology & Data Systems

• Work with CRM, ERP, and field service management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceTitan, or similar).
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve data integration, reporting accuracy, and automation.
• Assist in digital transformation initiatives, including IoT-based HVAC monitoring, smart controls, and analytics platforms.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with operations, finance, engineering, and sales teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, data-driven presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
