Overview:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance to support data-driven initiatives across policy and claims domains. The ideal candidate will bring domain knowledge, process insight, and hands-on experience with data tools and quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret insurance-related data, including policy and claims information, to support data ingestion and transformation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into documentation and data mapping.

Develop and maintain data mapping documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Create and manage process flow diagrams to visualize business operations and identify areas for improvement.

Perform quality assurance testing to validate data integrity and system functionality.

Write and execute basic Python scripts for data manipulation and automation tasks.

Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant data for analysis.
