Location: New York City, NY Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite in NYC office

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support implementation efforts, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry (life, health, property & casualty preferred).
• Demonstrated implementation experience in business analysis and project delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC office 3 days per week.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and delivering results.
