Job Title: Business Analyst cum Project Manager
Location: Onsite — Rajasthan & Gujarat (Travel and accommodation managed by Zouma Consulting Services)
Experience Required: 5-6 years in IT project execution and development

Role Overview
Zouma Consulting Services seeks an experienced Business Analyst cum Project Manager to lead and execute IT projects onsite in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with proven project management skills in commercial IT environments. This role demands hands-on leadership across multiple assignments with frequent onsite collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IT projects.

• Develop detailed project plans, scope documents, and timelines.

• Lead teams through all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to delivery and closure.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and clients on project goals, deliverables, and escalation management.

• Monitor progress, conduct quality assurance, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

• Perform cost-benefit analysis and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.

• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates for management.

• Ensure compliance with best practices, security protocols, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-6 years’ hands-on experience managing IT projects and software development cycles.

• Strong track record in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).

• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Leadership experience in team coordination, resource planning, and problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently onsite in Rajasthan & Gujarat, including frequent travel (accommodation and travel costs managed by the company).

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant field.
