Job description
Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the leasing domain to join our team for a long-term project with one of our key banking clients. This is a fully remote position; however, solid banking experience with a focus on leasing processes is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for leasing-related products, processes, and systems within the banking environment.
Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Analyze and improve existing leasing workflows, identify gaps, and propose optimized solutions.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed process flows, use cases, and requirement documentation.
Support UAT processes by clarifying requirements and validating developed features.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Leasing domain topics across the project.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in the Leasing domain (such as leasing products, workflows, contract lifecycle, pricing, collections, etc.).
Strong understanding of end-to-end banking processes.
Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams in a remote environment.
Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
