Primary Skills – Salesforce Administrator Certification , Classic and Lightning UIs Experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce functionality Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce environments (Classic and Lightning) to meet evolving business needs Translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and automation Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams for Salesforce-related projects Conduct gap analyses and recommend system improvements or integrations Create and maintain documentation including process flows, data models, and user guides Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support of new features and enhancements Required Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification (Active and in good standing) 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Proven experience working with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning interfaces Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities
