Business Analyst (Only Female Candidates)

We’re looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Analyst to lead cross-functional collaboration, streamline workflows, and drive process enhancements. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, familiar with product & UI/UX development, and passionate about integrating AI tools for smarter execution. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of analysts or coordinators, ensuring timely task execution and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project & Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

· Workflow & Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline processes including student journey, CRM usage, counselor workflow, and backend ops.

· Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into technical specs, BRDs, and user stories.

· Product & Feature Development: Propose new features; collaborate on UI/UX wireframes (Figma/Balsamiq) and support product design.

· Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, Product, Sales, Ops, and Management to align on project goals.

· Tool & Data Proficiency: Track work using JIRA/Trello/Notion; generate dashboards via Excel, Power BI, SQL.

· AI & Innovation: Explore AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier AI) to automate, personalize, and enhance workflows.

· Training & Adoption: Conduct sessions to ensure smooth product adoption across teams.

· Documentation: Maintain SOPs, user flows, and training guides.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

· Proven ability to lead projects, analyze data, and manage cross-functional collaboration

· Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Notion, Figma, Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL

· Familiar with CRM platforms

· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders

· Quick to adapt, with a growth mindset and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools and innovations
