Business Analyst (Servicenow)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for B2B portfolio initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.

Portfolio Integration: Collaborate with portfolio managers and solution architects to integrate customer and market requirements into portfolio development.

End-to-End Process Design: Support the design of E2E customer journeys and solution blueprints in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and requirement traceability.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to best practice development.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telco business and preferably in B2B.

Understanding of wireline connectivity, networks, BSS and OSS concepts

Strong knowledge of portfolio management, business process modelling, and requirement engineering.

Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

Ability to work across multiple domains (IT, process, and business) with an end-to-end perspective.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar role in telecom industry projects

Knowledge and experience about telco B2B business and wireline connectivity will be preferred

Experience in delivering end to end ServiceNow solutions is highly desirable

Familiarity with telecom specific challenges such as order management service delivery and operational efficiencies in B2B contexts

Hands on experience working with international stakeholders particularly in Germany or Europe

Excellent stakeholder management collaboration and communication skills

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
