Business Analyst (Temp To Perm)

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in maintenance and timely delivery of sales and KPI reports using SQL

· Develop and maintain Tableau and Salesforce dashboards and reports to help analyze key metrics such as pipeline status and project updates.

· Present reports from Salesforce on project activity and pipeline status at cross-functional team meetings on a regular basis

· Generate actionable insights from data in Salesforce per request

· Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance for discrepancies, missing values, and duplicates and resolve any issues while collaborating with developers and internal IT teams

· Collaborate with other team members on mass data upload, audit, and testing to enhance Salesforce Cloud for our users

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree is required

· 2- 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis, business strategy, or related role required

· Intermediate understanding of SQL

· Familiarity with Tableau or Salesforce CRM

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

· Candidates must have the permanent legal right to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
