Business Analyst Trainee

Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Business Analysis Trainer who can train students and professionals on Business Analysis concepts, tools, and real-time project skills. The trainer should be able to deliver easy, practical, and job-oriented training.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Business Analysis concepts (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, User Stories).
• Teach requirement gathering, documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS), and wireframing.
• Provide hands-on training on tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel etc.
• Prepare training materials, PPTs, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and help learners with real-time examples.
• Guide learners with resume building, interview questions, and project explanation.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
• Update training content based on latest industry trends.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis processes and methodologies.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, requirement gathering, stakeholder communication.
• Experience using BA tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach complex topics in simple, easy-to-understand language. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA, B.Tech, MCA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or 1+ year as a Trainer.
• Certifications like ECBA / CCBA / CBAP are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,046.96 - ₹15,813.67 per month
