Profile- Business Analyst - Wind Project & Systems Procurement

Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Electrical, or Renewable Energy. MBA is mandatory.

Experience - Min 1–5 years in business analysis, project support, or research roles. Exposure to renewable energy projects (solar/wind, BESS, hybrid) is highly desirable.

Salary - Upto 7 LPA CTC

Job Summary

The Business Analyst will provide analytical and research support to leadership team, focusing on renewable energy projects. This role involves gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports and presentations, and conducting market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisionmaking. The incumbent will gain exposure to project planning, industry trends, and financial modeling within the renewable sector.

Key Responsibilities

I. Business Analysis & Strategic Support

Data Gathering & Consolidation: Collect and synthesize data from internal departments (Engineering, Finance, BD) and external sources (industry reports, government tenders, competitor filings).

Market & Industry Research: Conduct targeted research on renewable energy trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.

Financial & Project Analysis : Assist in preparing cost models, ROI calculations, and risk assessments for solar and wind projects.

Presentation & Reporting: Draft PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports for internal reviews, board meetings, and client pitches.

Documentation: Maintain a repository of project plans, decision documents, and competitive intelligence for easy reference and audit readiness.

Process Improvement: Support the design and optimization of workflows, governance trackers, and project monitoring tools.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work with data models, charts, and dashboards.
