Business Analyst (Women Returning to Work)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for project delivery.
• Prepare BRDs, process flows, and assist in UAT.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and support automation initiatives.
• Ensure smooth communication and documentation across teams.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in Business Analysis, IT coordination, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT / related field.
