Responsibilities
    Report to the COE and be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through data cleansing, preparation, analysis, and visualization.
    Work directly with requestors to understand objectives and refine requirements for reports or dashboards.
    Collaborate with requestors to translate business needs into potential solutions.
    Understand the end-to-end process and source systems.
    Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI; process mining visualization using Celonis is also part of the role.
    Utilize data sources such as Snowflake, Data Marts, SharePoint.
    Develop and implement finance data governance frameworks and ensure data quality and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
    Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
    Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Business Analytics Analyst or in a similar role.
    Technical Expertise:
      Strong understanding of data exploration and visualization technologies.
      Ability to extract and transform finance-related data from ERPs (JDE, SAP, QAD) and other solutions (OneStream, Blackline, Coupa), as well as data lakes and data marts.
      Proficiency in Power BI, Celonis, and data modeling with DAX.
      Experience with Power Query for data transformation.
      Strong SQL skills for data extraction and cleansing.
    Finance Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial processes – OTC, S2P, R2R, Internal Control, Tax.
    Skills:
      Problem-solving, statistical, logical, and analytical skills.
      Ability to work collaboratively and translate requirements into solutions.
