Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business / Assistant Manager – Sales to drive sales, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will support the sales leadership in achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, and mentoring the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
