We're now looking for a Business Development Associate to help us scale across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more someone who’s passionate about marketing, data, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Support leadership in executing high-priority business development tasks and strategic projects.

● Conduct research on markets, competitors, and new opportunities to aid planning and decisions.

● Create presentations, reports, and documents using Canva, AI tools, and productivity software.

● Maintain organized trackers, SOPs, and documents for ongoing initiatives.

● Assist in managing partnerships, collaborations, and negotiations.

● Ensure timely follow-through on action items, team dependencies, and meeting reminders.

● Provide logical inputs and critical thinking support to solve business challenges.

● Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of ad-hoc requirements.

● Maintain high levels of consistency, persistence, and accountability in all deliverables.
