About the role

Working within our operations team, partner with our restaurant franchisees to improve and grow their businesses and ultimately drive profit. You'll manage a portfolio of restaurants and support a variety of franchisees, from those just starting to large-scale multi-site owners.

You will coach our franchisees on all aspects of their restaurant, including operational standards, customer experience, people leadership, sales and profitability, workplace health and safety, and business planning.

To deliver on our people promise, you will provide guidance on the effective management of restaurant employees, including achieving and maintaining optimum staffing levels, rostering, managing employee performance, and succession planning.

Key Activities Include:

Commercial and Operational Support:

  • Reviewing financial and operational reporting of restaurants to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Leveraging commercial and operational knowledge to drive restaurant profitability.
  • Identifying risks and ensuring restaurants are safe and compliant with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Coaching and Leadership:

  • Mentoring and partnering with franchisees to support their business growth and development.
  • Coaching and leadership support for restaurant teams.

Brand and Customer Champion

  • Role modelling and advocating brand values, behaviours and standards.
  • Championing a customer-centric approach across the business.
  • Facilitating communications and activities across the restaurant network between brand and franchisees.

About You

  • Detailed retail operations knowledge and expertise to identify trends, opportunities and challenges to drive profitability and operational excellence.
  • Previous experience in business partnering, coaching and supporting others in a business setting.
  • Supportive and transformational leadership and coaching style. Ability to communicate in a supportive and engaging manner.
  • Previous experience owning a small business or working within a casual dining or quick service restaurant (QSR) environment.
  • Previous experience in multi-site management.
