Business Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Consultant to join our Business Setup Services team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the process of establishing businesses in the region, providing strategic advice, legal and regulatory guidance, and ensuring a seamless company formation experience. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:
• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their business goals and recommend suitable company structures.
• Provide expert advice on business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Company Formation:
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate jurisdictions, legal structures, and licensing types.
• Facilitate end-to-end company incorporation process, including documentation, application submission, and approvals.
• Compliance & Regulations:
• Stay updated on local laws, regulations, and changes in business setup policies.
• Ensure all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements are communicated and adhered to.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for post-setup services and renewals.
• Documentation & Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal departments, government authorities, and Free Zone officials to complete necessary processes.
• Review and verify all client documents before submission.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Promote business setup services to potential clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
• Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business setup or company formation services (preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE/Dubai business laws and Free Zone operations (if applicable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
