We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Consultant who brings both expertise and energy to the table. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients establish their businesses in the UAE, offering strategic guidance and handling the end-to-end setup process.

Core Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the end-to-end process of setting up businesses in the UAE
• Evaluate client needs and recommend the most suitable jurisdiction and license type (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, cost estimates, and business setup plans
• Liaise with government authorities, free zone officials, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth setup and documentation
• Keep clients updated throughout each stage of the business formation process
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to ensure timely completion of client objectives
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools
• Stay informed on changes in UAE laws, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UAE business setup or company formation services
• Strong understanding of licensing structures, legal requirements, and visa processes across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations and building trust with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM platforms
• Highly organised, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sales mindset
