Business Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Consultant to support and drive entrepreneurship-based projects executed at Gujarat.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in business consulting, strategy formulation, business modelling, and project execution, preferably in MSME or startup ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide end-to-end business consulting support for entrepreneurship development projects.
● Develop and validate business models, project reports, and feasibility studies for various sectors.
● Guide entrepreneurs on strategy, operations, financial planning, and market approach.
● Assist in preparing and evaluating loan proposals, DPRs, and investor-ready documents.
● Coordinate with local project teams at Silvassa and Vadodara to monitor progress and ensure timely execution.
● Conduct periodic reviews, field visits (mandatory), and provide corrective action plans.
● Build frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize business consulting processes across projects.
● Liaise with stakeholders such as banks, government bodies, training partners, and industry experts.
● Support in designing and delivering entrepreneurship-focused workshops, sessions, and mentoring modules.
● Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting insights, challenges, and outcomes.
● Experience related to marketing, market linkages, and B2B partnerships.

Required Skills & Experience
● 2–6 years of experience in business consulting, startup advisory, MSME consulting, or management consulting.
● Strong understanding of entrepreneurship development, business planning, financial modelling, and strategy design.
● Experience in preparing project reports, financial projections, and funding documentation.
● Ability to analyze businesses across sectors and recommend scalable solutions.
● Strong communication, presentation, and client-interaction skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with geographically dispersed teams.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and familiarity with project management.

Educational Qualifications
● MBA / PGDM, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
● OR Relevant experience in the same field.
● Additional certifications in management consulting or project management (preferred).
