Role Overview:

As a Business Consultant – Finance Advisory , you will play a key role in driving finance transformation for our clients by leveraging our in-house product, Aiwozo. You will work closely with finance teams to assess, design, and implement automated workflows, bringing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability to core financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with client finance teams to assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation using Aiwozo.
• Design future-state financial processes that integrate automation, analytics, and digital finance tools.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of automation projects across key finance areas (AP, AR, FP&A, reconciliation, compliance, etc.).
• Work with internal product and engineering teams to tailor RPA solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop business cases and ROI models for finance automation initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to stakeholders and end-users.
• Stay current on finance transformation trends, automation use cases, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CA/CMA/CFA preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in finance consulting, transformation, or operations – ideally with exposure to automation.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes and controls (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modelling, ROI analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in finance (IFRS, SOX, etc.).
• Agile project delivery exposure.
