We are expanding our team of high-performing professionals and is looking for a Business Consultant – Sales to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be energetic, approachable, and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional client service.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by promoting RAG’s range of business setup consultancy services and premium office rental solutions across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell RAG’s business setup, PRO, and office rental services to new and existing clients.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of UAE business regulations and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business setup, or office leasing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic personality with a goal-oriented and aggressive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
