As a Business Controller, you will be a key player in driving financial excellence within the Steam Turbines & Generators unit in the Middle East. You will work on impactful projects such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of industrial decarbonization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Generate internal reports, analyze key figures, and assess deviations from plans or forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Support monthly closing activities for the assigned regional entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct cost center controlling through analysis, forecasting, and collaboration with cost center managers.
  • Drive the introduction and optimization of reporting and performance controlling methods through digitization initiatives.
  • Perform financial analysis on the performance of the assigned regional entity, contributing to strategic insights.

What You Bring

  • A university degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Finance or Controlling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Tableau, EPM+, and DASH tools, with experience in digitizing controlling processes.
  • Business fluency in English, with strong communication skills and effective time management.
  • Experience in closing and forecasting activities, with a solid understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Analytical skills in financial KPIs, enabling you to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for making a difference and driving positive change.
