Business Developement Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and confident Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in agency, media, branding, advertising, marketing communications, or related industries. She should be skilled in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media, advertising, and branding sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions as required.
• Support in planning and executing business development strategies and campaigns.

Requirment

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, account management, or sales within advertising agencies, digital media agencies, marketing firms, branding agencies, PR agencies, production houses, creative studios, or influencer marketing agencies. A Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Communication Studies, Digital Media, or any relevant field is required. She should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong client-handling abilities. The role demands someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay updated with media and advertising trends
