  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and delivery) to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital prospecting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
