The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential leads through personalized email outreach campaigns.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and connect with potential leads as part of the outreach strategy.
• Build and manage outreach lists, monitor response rates, and optimize messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with business goals and offerings.
• Track outreach performance and report on lead generation efforts.
• Assist with sales materials, presentations, and follow-ups as needed.

Required Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
• Proven experience in email outreach tools and strategies (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, etc.).
• Strong written communication skills, able to craft effective, conversion-focused cold emails.
• Knowledge of lead generation best practices and CRM tools.
• Understanding of B2B sales funnel and outreach lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with or selling to software or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools.
• Basic understanding of marketing is a plus.
