Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development industry, a proven track record in business development, and exceptional communication skills. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs and ensure smooth handovers to the delivery team.
  • Networking and Representation:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
