About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Developer to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities in the market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for building business partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape business strategy.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to support business growth initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (typically 2–5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
