Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Developer who will play a key role in driving MENTISERA.PK’s growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a passion for education and technology. You’ll work closely with our leadership and creative teams to identify new partnerships, expand our reach, and scale our EdTech initiatives across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborations, and strategic partnerships in the education and EdTech sectors.
• Develop and execute business plans to support growth and revenue objectives.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for institutional and corporate partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, marketing, and technology) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, leads, and conversion data.
• Represent MENTISERA.PK in online meetings, conferences, and outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project tools is a plus.
• Passion for education innovation, EdTech, and digital learning.
• Ability to work remotely and meet targets with minimal supervision.

Compensation

• Performance-based stipend or commission (depending on project and experience level).
