 The candidate should be familiar with the technical staffing and/or the industries ( Energy , Petrochemicals, Power, Fabrication, Construction, etc) so he can identify, approach, negotiate and close recruitment deals with potential clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 A good knowledge of UAE and Middle East, North Africa markets is essential.
