This role is for an experienced B2B Sales Contractor who can bring new software projects from international markets (USA, UK, UAE, etc.).
You’ll be responsible for lead generation, client communication, proposal handling, and closing deals — working closely with DuneSync’s technical team to deliver winning project proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential international clients (via LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, or other channels).
- Generate qualified leads and set up discovery calls with decision-makers.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Bring new SaaS or software development projects for the company.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery after closing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B or International Software Sales / Project Acquisition.
- Strong network and ability to find leads independently.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Understanding of software services: Web Apps, SaaS, Mobile Apps, AI, ERP, etc.
- Knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr B2B, Clutch is a plus.
- Target-driven mindset and self-motivated to work under minimal supervision.
Compensation Structure:
- Contract / Commission-Based Role
- Base Retainer: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 /month (depending on experience)
- Commission: 5% – 10% of each project’s value (negotiable per deal size)
- Potential Earnings: PKR 150,000 – 300,000+ /month with performance
- Bonuses for consistent deal closures
