Business Development

Job Summary:

Business Development will be responsible to drive business development efforts to acquire new clients, enhance brand visibility and achieve business targets to meet company business objectives.

Location- Bangalore (must be willing to relocate)

Expr – 8+ yrs

Notice period - Immediately /15days/serving Notice period

Qualification - Any / B. Arch / M. Arch / MBEM or worked in Architecture design firm. (Need Profiles only if they are from these backgrounds)

Must have worked on High-end projects on a large scale.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for improving a company's market position and maximizing financial growth.

· Responsible to drive business development efforts and strategies to screen potential business opportunities, acquire new clients, increase market share and maximize client retention.

· Generating Leads from Existing Contacts, Cold Calling potential Clients, Networking,

· Attending business meetings with potential clients to convert leads to opportunities.

· Preparation of business proposals, Submissions, attending tender and bid meeting.

· Market trend and competition analysis,

· Preparation of presentation for business development activities.

· Develop and implement BD processes, structures, and best practices.

· Reporting on success and areas of improvement by preparing reports on monthly basis.

· Represent the Aedium Design in the market and the key networking events to enhance brand visibility.

· Provide feedback and market requirements to the management to improve market competitiveness.

· Partner with Studio directors, take part in project pitches and presentations to meet client needs and expectations.

· Ability to convert client relationships into opportunities for the business.

· He / She with entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to bring in a structure where missing.

· Exceptional leadership skills and an approachable individual.
