Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and building strong, long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through online research, social media, networking, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain an updated CRM database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns.
• Follow up on inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (B2B or B2C).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
• Good understanding of sales pipelines and conversion strategies.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
