Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand requirements and qualify opportunities.
  • Generate high-quality leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track follow-ups.
  • Support sales strategy by providing market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations as required.

Work Experience

1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Client Relations.

Experience in IT/Software Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or BPO industries is an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Prospecting: Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns.
  • CRM Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Relationship Management: Engaging with clients and understanding business needs.
  • Analytical: Market research and opportunity qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,538.84 - ₹51,656.45 per month
