Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Generate high-quality leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track follow-ups.
- Support sales strategy by providing market insights and competitor analysis.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations as required.
Work Experience
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Client Relations.
Experience in IT/Software Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or BPO industries is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Prospecting: Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns.
- CRM Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Relationship Management: Engaging with clients and understanding business needs.
- Analytical: Market research and opportunity qualification.

Pay: ₹12,538.84 - ₹51,656.45 per month
