Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growth team.You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and positioning Creuto as a trusted technology partner. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their business needs and project ideas.
  • Generate and nurture leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  • Leverage your understanding of custom software development to engage prospects effectively.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to target clients seeking custom software, ERP, CRM, and mobile/web application development services.
  • Present Creuto’s capabilities and offerings, addressing client pain points with customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term business agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and design teams to ensure client expectations align with deliverables.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to refine Creuto’s service offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,IT, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is a plus.
