We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive company growth. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance revenue, market share, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Analyze sales, financial, and operational data to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop business models, forecasts, and financial analyses to evaluate potential partnerships, expansions, and investments.
  • Support the creation and implementation of business development strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Maintain and monitor the business development pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to assess strategic initiatives and optimize outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance business development effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and market research.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
