Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Development Analyst to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, create data-driven insights, and help implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base and revenue. The role requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a solid understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop business models, customer segmentation insights, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for prospective clients or partners.
  • Track business development performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals and execution.
  • Identify potential partnerships and assist in negotiations and relationship management.
  • Evaluate performance of existing initiatives and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Assist in forecasting revenue and analyzing financial impacts of business initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in business development, market research, or data analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Background in the tech / SaaS / digital services industry.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹11,289.26 - ₹20,631.38 per month
