The company is currently recruiting for a Business Development and Partnership Specialist – UAE to lead our sales, business development and partnerships in this critical market with focus on our AI led Digital Offerings. This role is pivotal for our Company’s growth in the Middle East as a leader in AI led transformation across different sectors, requiring a seasoned leader with a strong track record in sales strategy, market expansion, and partnership management.

- Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy and Execution: - Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives across Middle East. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, aligning with market trends and customer needs. - Develop concept and sales package including proposals, budgets, concept notes , TORs and other materials as needed to bid for potential opportunities.
- Market positioning for AI innovations: - Work with product team to identify appropriate use cases and solution offerings with existing and new customers leveraging the AI led products - Identify new go to market strategies for these innovations that are scalable in a short period of time - Conceptualize and develop required marketing and branding materials focussed on AI and AI related accounts.
- Partnership Management: - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with private sector, government agencies and industry bodies. - Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Team Leadership and Development: - Build, mentor, and manage a top-tier sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. - Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Business Development: - Drive business growth by securing new clients and projects. - Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. • Financial Management: - Oversee the P&L for the sales division, ensuring financial health and sustainability. - Provide regular performance reports and financial forecasts to senior management.
- Strategic Advisory: - Contribute strategic insights for our communication and branding efforts to enhance market presence. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to their business challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/MS from a top-tier institution preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience is required.
- Extensive experience in senior sales and business development within IT and Government sector, specifically in UAE.
- Good exposure to AI led technology solutions and opportunities within health care, manufacturing, commodities and Oil & Gas sector.
- Expertise in writing proposals and preparing communication materials towards to bid of potential opportunities.
- Proven leadership in managing high-performing sales teams. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of business lifecycle, market trends, and partnership dynamics.
- Experience working with government agencies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with effective execution capabilities in dynamic environments.
- Financial acumen, particularly in P&L and cash flow management.
