Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager/ Executive will drive institutional/ organizational growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and analytics-driven decision-making. The role demands expertise in interpreting data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to boost brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to enhance partnerships and institutional/ organizational growth.
· Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
· Use analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics) for tracking and reporting KPIs.
· Prepare dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
· Design and evaluate marketing campaigns using analytical insights.
· Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, institutions, corporates, and catalyst.
· Oversee CRM systems for business development process optimization.
· Engagement with the students and make them friendly with analytics/ business development/ finance & accounting through simulation games, business plan, corporate story, panel discussions and industry engagement.
· Make students aware of social media and digital media.
Skills & Competencies:
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
· Strong knowledge of analytics, CRM, and data-driven marketing.
· Proficient in Financial Statement Analysis, Advanced Financial Modelling, and Leveraging AI/ML Tools for Forecasting and Business Decision Support.
· Excellent communication (English & Hindi), negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strategic mindset with planning and execution capability.
· Familiarity with the education branding process.
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduation in Management/ Computer Science/ Hospitality Management/ Social Science/ C.A./ Commerce/ Mathematics/ Statistics
Additional certification in Data Analytics or Digital Marketing will be preferred. C.A. Freshers will also be considered.
Experience:
Assistant Manager: 3–5 years of experience in Business Development
Executive: 0–3 years of experience in Business Development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
