Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our academy’s services and drive business growth. This role involves field marketing, lead management, and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating leads, and closing sales to contribute to the academy’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing: Visit potential clients, institutions, and communities to promote the academy’s services. Build relationships with local stakeholders and distribute marketing materials. Conduct in-person presentations to generate interest and enrollments.
Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on potential leads via phone calls and meetings. Clearly explain the academy’s offerings and their benefits to prospective clients. Convert leads into enrollments by addressing client needs and resolving concerns effectively.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Gather feedback to enhance services and respond promptly to client concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in sales or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage leads and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel as required.
