Hiring: Business Development Associate

On The Soil – a premium brand for handcrafted wedding invitations, wax seals, dry flower bouquets, and decor products – is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram.

Responsibilities:

• Interact and engage with customers from various online platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, etc.)
• Handle client inquiries, maintain follow-ups, and close sales leads
• Support marketing campaigns through telemarketing and lead nurturing
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners to grow brand presence

Requirements:

• Communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Hindi proficiency is a plus
• B.Tech freshers with good communication and interest in marketing/sales are welcome
• Must be confident, proactive, and customer-oriented
